Real-Time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
All our workstations are equipped with screens connected wirelessly to the CNC machines. The result: OEE is visible in real time to the team. Assemblers and operators have all the data they need to adjust, improve, and produce with optimal precision.
Technical Support for High-Performance Production
Our in-house technical team continuously designs and improves jigs, fixtures, and setup tools that reduce machining time and stabilize quality. This expertise allows us to respond quickly to customer requests and maintain more competitive costs.
Ongoing Training
To remain a leader, we invest in the potential of our team members. A dedicated trainer is on-site three days a week to support our assemblers and operators: new processes, parameter optimization, health and safety best practices, advanced blueprint reading… At Nutech, you learn, grow, and develop your skills directly on the job.

Health and Safety Committee
At Nutech, prevention is everyone’s responsibility. Our Health and Safety Committee, made up of representatives from every department, plays a key role in the continuous improvement of our work environment.
Together, they identify, analyze, and prioritize issues related to health, safety, and the environment, and propose concrete, sustainable solutions. Guided by our health and safety policy, we are committed to:

Environment – Concrete Actions Every Day
At Nutech, we demonstrate active—not just declarative—environmental awareness. Because the natural environment around us is precious, we implement sustainable solutions to reduce the impact of our operations and adopt responsible practices.
As a participant in the Recyc-Québec program, we are proud to do our part for the planet:
Smart material recovery
Throughout the manufacturing process, materials are recovered or reused. For example, cutting oil is collected, treated, and reintegrated into the production cycle.
Eco-friendly waste management
Our tilted containers efficiently recover used oils, preventing soil contamination. Oil that cannot be reused is sent to Écolo Cycle for eco-friendly treatment.
Paper reduction: moving toward a paperless factory
With the implementation of OEE screens at every workstation, we’ve significantly reduced our paper consumption and are moving toward a fully digital environment. Our goal: to become a paperless factory.
Energy-efficient lighting
All fluorescent lighting in the plant is energy-efficient — a simple yet effective initiative.
Energy recovery and optimization
In winter, the warm air generated by our compressors is recovered to heat our most recent expansion — a smart way to combine energy efficiency and comfort.
Local recycling initiatives
We systematically recycle paper, batteries, ink cartridges, cans, and cardboard.
Sustainable packaging
Over 90% of our outsourced parts are shipped in metal baskets, and we use reusable plastic boxes.
