Methods Technician

Your Role at Nutech:

Under the supervision of the Technical Director, the Methods Technician will be responsible for programming parts ranging from simple to complex on CNC machines, including complete machining processes. Acting as a key resource within the production department, your responsibilities will include:
  • Program CNC lathes and machining centers;
  • Prepare methods and processes (machining sequences and phase contracts) for production;
  • Provide technical support to the production department;
  • Evaluate technological developments within the company (fixtures, tooling, etc.) to optimize productivity;
  • Take charge of robotics projects;
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of machining times and methods;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • DEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience;
  • Strong understanding of G-code programming;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of machining experience as a setup operator;
  • Proactive, logical, methodical, and analytical mindset.

Job Type:

  • Full-time, Permanent

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift (with premium)
